Wrong, creep.

Its your guy that has gone down the tubes already. Hunter`s been running for almost a year and he’s still at 1%-3%.

Either Rudy or Fred is gonna be the nominee. My monies on Fred. Your money is being wasted.

And you did a heck of a job.

The Grenada invasion helped get some of the bad taste out of our mouth after we lost our undefeated military record in Vietnam. We were 5-0-1 in wars until then.

Carter ignoring the military until Reagan came along and built it back up...resulting in the awesome show of American military force in the first Iraq War. It made me and everyone else proud.

Let’s bomb Grenada again baby! Just for kicks and giggles. Just me and you and our side arms. We can take over the whole island by daybreak.

Are you in?

Haven’t felt this positive about a politician since 1988.

It’s not a sin if a man is handsome. Just because someone is good looking doesn’t mean they are fake. I think so many are becoming ugly that now it is being seen as fake to be good looking. Mitt looks clean cut to me. He just looks like he doesn’t have any bad habits and he has good genetic material. Do you have a problem with that?

Why support something that (1) is not going to pass muster in Congress (2/3 voter in each house) or in the states(3/4 majority), nor in the courts. The 14th Amendment was not implemented for a hundred years in accordance with the intentions of its writers. Such an amendment is like the papal bull against the comet.

Nothing in this story is new, it's just a rehash of stories that have come out over the last couple of weeks, trying to reduce support for Thompson among religious conservatives.

Ain't having an effect on THIS one. ;o)

“Mitt Romney’s Mormon faith is a problem for people who have spent decades telling people that the LDS church is a cult.”

I never agreed with that kind of hate talk coming from those who claim to be Christians. I think churches who have a need to make those claims are themselves acting cult like. It’s like the pot calling the kettle black.

Thompson is prolife, for overturning Roe vs. Wade and against gay marriage.

But he is a federalist first which means he realizes the Constitution places limits on what the federal government is allowed to do.

The federal government should not be involved in abortion or in gay marriage. They should not be involved in education or teen promiscuity, drug usage or other aberrrant behaviors unless those behaviors affect other states; for example an airplane pilot on LSD flying passengers from California to New York. It is left to the local governments to regulate society threatening activities and behaviors, not the federal government.

Fred Thompson correctly pointed out what the federal government should do to stop the spread of gay marriage. He stated that it should consider an amendment that protects states from actions, laws and policies of other states. This is the correct federal role to be played in such issues.

The goal is to get the federal government out of our lives as much as is necessary and let our local governments respond with what’s best for us locally.

If human life is sacred and deserving of constitutional protection, it is the WRONG way to go on abortion.

I don’t get it. Do you want to invade Grenada with me tonight or not?

Let me know. I have a client meeting tomorrow at 9:30 am.

We should be done by 0600.

“Ore wa Nihonjin de wa nai, keredomo uchi no yomehan Nihonjin desu”

You aren’t Japanese, but your wife is. Right?

Actually, I’m not Japanese but I’m a big Japanophile. I love Japanese culture, food, history, cinema....

I know a little Japanese but I wouldn’t call myself fluent.

Yes, puroresu is the Gairaigo for “pro wrestling”. It’s a long story, but I had a crush on Manami Toyota about fifteen years ago! She was hot! Totemo utsukushii desu ne!

Thanks for your post! I really appreciate it and hope to see you more here at FreeRepublic. Nihon ga dai suki!

So you believe Hillary will run on a pro-life, pro-second amendment, pro-war, pro-states rights, pro tax-cut platform?

After the primary (where she must cater to the moonbats), Hillary will definitely move to the right, not to the middle, but to the moderate right.

Of all the Democrats she is positioned as a hawk. she can move the war in either direction. Fred's previous pro-choice positions make him weak in that category, she can actually beat him up on that one. Pro2A can be played down to make her look 2A neutral. Tax cuts aren't a lot of beef in the general election anyway, as they only hit the "rich". You can bet she'll be hauling out that family Bible, and there will be plenty of pics taken from the church steps, especially since Fred is vulnerable on the issue...

Fred has an ACU of 86 and Duncan, who I assume you support has a 92

Yeah, and right there in between them is Lindsay Graham. If Fred were still in the Senate, I fear he'd be hangin' with his friend McCain and the gang of 14...

You will be voting for Fred in the general election.

No, I won't.

So it's alright to gut the reciprocity clause? that is a whole new slippery slope.
