Mold is good for my wallet! They’ve had two deals flip, they think because of this. People down there are taking a bath selling houses at a loss - sounds like this owner is trying to take the hard line and not throw any more cash into it.

If I had mold in the house, I’d rather either sell it and buy another or tear it down and start again. I wouldn’t want one trace of mold around. NOT ONE! But that’s just me.
Mr.FF is super-allergic to all molds. I am not but it’s still extremely unhealthy.
