Rudy going to do something about his harassing lawsuits against gun manufacturers? Aren’t they still going forward?

Yes, they are. And now Rudy's trying to distance himself from them:
Last week, Mr. Giuliani, a Republican candidate for president, told the National Rifle Association that the suit had “taken several turns and several twists that I don’t agree with.”
Maria Comella, a spokeswoman for Mr. Giuliani’s campaign, declined to comment on the disagreement.
Rudy's counting on some pretty short attention spans....
