I love corn chowder too,like You do...I enjoy all kinds of homemade soup! I especially love Mimi's corn chowder. I found the recipe on line here.....Mimi's Cafe. It is real close to what we get in the restaurant. With winter coming, it will be time to start making soup again. :-)
