Break the Law, and Maxwell and 99 will have everything to do with it. One enters the process via the Police Departments, across this Great Land. The courts will then decide one's fate, then the legislature will write new laws. The new and past sworn Police Officers then take an oath to uphold the laws.

As for the part about lawyers, I will say you are correct. Over 90 percent of the elected, at the federal level are lawyers. At the courts or judicial level, all are lawyers, and most are not elected. The judges are for the most part, selected.
