"Emily and Jamie O'Neill, filed a Human Rights complaint demanding the province recognize them equally as parents to Emily's newborn daughter, Jordyn, who was conceived through artificial insemination and born August 7."

In a sane world that kid would have been whisked away and sent to live in a normal enviroment.

Now the poor kid is gong to be denied the right to be raised as nature intended, and have it's mind warped and twisted.

Kind of like what Muslims do, branwash their children from birth to hate jews and believe a Thieving murderous fat old pedophile was a prophet.

So did Detroit. They replaced it with "Baby Daddy".

"But what happens if the sperm donor is a native American. How can the child be raised without knowing it’s complete and total heritage?"

Poor kid will be awful ticked off to learn it was denied a free education, free house and a tax free treaty card, and the right to hunt animals to exctiction 365 days a year, cast a net across a river and deplete it of all fish.

Then again, a "sperm donor" is more likely to be a homo in need of ten bucks and willing to beat off into a cup for it.

As the West continues its downward spiral into a pit fit only for degenerates.

The end is nigh.

As well, the solution does not address the possible situation of a sperm donor father or surrogate mother also claiming parenthood

Not a problem created by homosexuals. Certainly we've seen such cases in the US where surrogates will affirm a claim of parenthood.

It would seem the birth certificates in Nova Scotia are attempting to 'catch up' with 'progress' and reflect the answer to the question, "Who are the persons responsible for this birth," in intent and not necessarily in fact. Is it any wonder we're here in light of the nature of modern living where a child is born or killed at the whims of its mother?

If that's your idea of "sane" I suggest you seek out your favorite fascist regime and move there.

So how is a child to know who they inherited half their genetic material from? How do they tell if their new girlfriend is their soul mate or their sister?

I hope you ask these same questions of out-of-wedlock births, many adoptions and any use of anonymously donated egg or sperm even if ultimately used by a married man and woman.

This is not a problem created by homosexuals, only a set of circumstances they're availing themselves of.

There's a reason the Church opposed lab technician and medical worker interventions to cause fertilization. It understood the Pandora's Box.

Sorry Nova Scotia, its biologically impossible for a child to have 2 mothers... or for that matter 2 fathers.

You can dillude yourself all you want.. but biology doesn’t play by your rules.

Could be one and the same. Incest is now chic.

” I hope you ask these same questions of out-of-wedlock births, many adoptions and any use of anonymously donated egg or sperm even if ultimately used by a married man and woman.”

The problem is caused by adults who are too absorbed in their own self inflated ego’s to consider what is important to the child.

One must wonder.....
Why didn’t jerks in Nova Scotia didn’t simply add “other parent” in ADDITION to FATHER...

Why must the child be denied the identity of his biological father? Under no circumstances should the father not be recorded in the official records.

If this pervert centered society, continues along this course — I’ll start cheering for the Islamist solution to the affront.....

A logical develepment of the acceptance of Lesbian/gay lifestyles. The main point having been conceded, it becomes harder to challenge this kind of thing.

Sometimes, I wonder if Christians and Moslems have more in common than either realise or admit. Our common enemy isod denying secular Humanism.

Just sometimes.

In Canada, the Left has succeeded in dismantling the traditional family. Gay rights was just a cover for that move.

“In Canada, the Left has succeeded in dismantling the traditional family. Gay rights was just a cover for that move. “

A common move for socialism, communism, and totalitarianism. If the family is intact then the government is not in control of peoples thoughts. These types of govt’s must supplant the family and God in peoples minds.
