The “system” is the best in the world and you do not like it and mistrust it because you cannot fathom why the rest of the Conservative base does not rally behind your guy (I really like Hunter but he does not excite the base... sad but true.). We have two Rino’s and a Conservative in the top three... the difference is that most of us want a Conservative to WIN... America will perish under the dims... or at least be so wounded that she will die. Fred is a Conservative and is leading in 99% of the National polls and closing in fast in the North... he pretty much owns the South.

No, you're wrong about me. I don't like the characterization of any candidate as not viable before a single vote has been cast and, further, how the characterization of viable leads to media coverage and non-viable leads to no coverage which then becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. Look over at the RAT side of town: Her Heinous gets the lion's share of the coverage with Magic Obama and the Breck Girl dividing the remainder. Richardson and Biden may as well be Republicans for how they're not able to get any attention as Democrat candidates.

It's something that bothers me regardless of who I'm supporting. I just don't like how the coverage dictates the pecking order. It's as simple as that.

Everybody says that. Maybe he does excite the base, or would if they really got hear his message.

I want the best candidate, the one who will be the best President. Not sure if that is Hunter, Huckabee, or Thompson. But Thompson seems a little too middle of the road to me, unlike Reagan who ran far more to the right than he was able to govern, but still governed more on the right than any other recent, as in post WW-II, make that post Great Depression, President.
