When I was on Yongsan, the base newspaper announced that one of the special events for a base-wide annual festival there would be a “Child cook-off”.
I wrote and asked them if the rules required me to cook one of my own children. I wanted to participate, but I had no children of my own. I did, however, have a neighbor who was happy to authorize me use of one (or more) of HIS.
