Romney won the Mackinac Island vote? Oh, fudge.

If you wish to discount the straw vote at the Republican Leadership Conference that happened to be held on Mackinac Island in Michigan, that is certainly your choice. However, Fred Thompson, Mitt Romney, John McCain, Rudy Giuliani, Ron Paul, and Duncan Hunter sure thought the conference of Republican leaders from all over Michigan state was important enough to appear there and to speak to them.

Whew, tough crowd. I know it was an important straw poll, I was just joking.

I've spent many summers at Mackinac Island -- they're famous for their fudge. Being angry and thin-skinned isn't going to win converts to your candidate, friend.

It’s funny how Romney supporters are “trolls” if they post anything pro-Mitt or against Fred Thompson on a thread, but it’s okay for Freepers to slam Mitt Romney.
