Up there by the locks it has an energy all of its own I remember vividly eating at a place that had huge glass plate windows over looking the locks and it was dusk and so the neo lights were on and you could watch the people scurry by!
i was up at Soo locks once. Took the ferry across to Sugar Island. Had some friends there. The weather was quite unpleasant, and the wind was blowing in off Superior that day. It was overcast. A good day to be inside, whether in an automobile, or home.
