Romney’s a native son of Michigan, so it’s no surprise that he won.

So am I a native son of Michigan. Nothing surprises me about how goofy the state has become... they will pick a rodent...

That said, I would vote for ANY Republican in the general election with the specific exception of Giuliani.

Republicans are stuck on stupid if they don't give voters a choice other than some New York liberal. The fancy Madison Avenue designer label won't make a difference... I'll write in "Bullwinkle" instead...

As an adopted daughter of this beautiful state — that is unfortunately infested with too many lazy and stupid people from its SE corner — I’m with you: Anyone but Giuliani. And I’ll add McCain. If either one is the nominee of my party, I’ll do what I did in 2004 in the presidential race and in 2006 in the gubernatorial race: I won’t fill in those spots on my ballot.

I don’t think it’s a surprise that Romney won. He is from this state. McCain is the surprise.
