We can only hope! I would have gone for German, but that's because I don't do "spicy." More power to ya! "German" doesn't exist in the airline food preferences, but I put "hindu" because 1) it's vegetarian (not that I'm a vegetarian, but too often of late I find meat unpalatable -- sometimes partways into the meal), and 2) I tend to like Indian "hindu", spicy and all. There was a breakfast I had once in India -- almost "burn your mouth out" hot, but oh so delicious!!! When I return in February, I hope to learn more about this breakfast.
It all makes German food (even, yum, sauerkraut) look totally bland.
