I love the wasteland called Macomb politics. There has been exactly one Republican elected to countywide office since WWII. She is now a US Congressman and doing a fine job. Most of them are total losers.
You get a bonus for doing a good job or as a reward for exemplary actions, not for being retired and collecting a pension. How pathetic.
Our wallets are empty!
If, instead of giving retirees bonuses, they had INVESTED the “almost $5.4 million”, over the last decade, how much more could the ‘Rats have skimmed?
