In my sixty-two years --thirty plus have been as a Christian-- I've found a sure method is to seek to verify through God's word, the scriptures, that what I am asking for instruction 'on', is within the purview of what He purposes to accomplish. Thus, it is always trustworthy to seek a verification in His scriptures.

Everything from greasy pizza to lactose intolerance can duplicate the Mormon burning in the bosom. But it is not possible to falsify what God's Word states and has remained 'on the record' for two thousand plus years.

Faithe cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. Faithful is He that calleth you, for He will also do it. Many are called but few are chosen ... because so few will let Him do it. He fulfilled the law so that we may have His faith when we believe and faithe in the transforming work of His Holy Spirit. Salvation is by faith not of works, lest any Mormon boast of their 'doing all that they can do' to be worthy. You and I will never be able to be worthy of so great a work as Christ accomplished upon the cross, being the propitiation, the High Priest, and the advocate with The Father.

First, His blood made atonement. Then, His resurrection made possible the entrance of God's Spirit into our spirit, to transform us from within, a work we are wholly unable to accomplish being children of Adam.
