Dr. Nicholas Murray Butler refused to interfere with Columbia University's assistant Professor of Latin, who is also the local head of the Fascisti Movement. President Butler was moved to put himself on record by a protest from a group of liberals which followed the announcement that the American organization had been formed to combat Italian Fascists in this country.

Academic Freedom = Speech about hating America and God is Free.......

If Columbia really loved Academic Freedom they would allow people like the minutemen a chance to express their views and would allow the ROTC or military recruiters on campus. But they don't and it has NOTHING to do with academic freedom but their American-hating bias.

It is interesting how not only has nothing changed in academia since 1923, but they are still stuck on stupid with the same suspects.

CPUSA (Communist Party USA) didn’t care a sh!t about fascism until Hitler betrayed Stalin.

Fascism is NOT the polar opposite of Communism.

They co-exist okay. The locals suffer though...

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad arrives in New York Sunday amid a firestorm of controversy surrounding his visit to the United States.

Ahmadinejad, who has called the holocaust "a myth," encouraged the destruction of Israel, supported terrorists in Iraq and defied United Nation's sanctions to halt uranium enrichment, will once address the United Nations General Assembly and then later address a Columbia University forum.

You see it's all been a big cultural misunderstanding.
