I could probably comment on this if they would identify the Medal they are referring to. Without any specifics you have to assume it’s just a “hoping something will stick” charge. I also doubt that anyone in this group could identify any medal if they are displayed.

Some of the guys I drill with were wondering about his CAB (Combat Action Badge) as combat badges are not generally awarded to General officers. I am not really certain as to what the regulation is about awarding the CAB though, but perhaps this is what the Kossacks are refering to.

Remember the last time they blamed a 4 star with “fake” medals. It was not good. The media basically killed a guy and got away with it. I guess they are trying it again.
