A woman here got sentenced to a year in prison, 6 months on probation, and a bunch of community service for the misdemeanor offenses of trespassing on a school bus and contributing to the deliquency of a minor by encouraging her daughter to fight with a girl who had slapped her on a prior occasion.

Talk about arbitrary.

What the father did was wrong and he certainly knew full well there was a price to pay for it. I might have done the same thing but I wouldn’t have gone to the school to do it. The question is would the authorities even look into the sex case if the father hadn’t gone to the school and made it a public action.
