“Today” thinks supporting NRA at odds with being tough on crime. Ping to Today show list.

He’s actually correct. Opposing the right to keep and bear arms strips the citizens of their right to protect themselves. Strengthening “law and order” would be the logical outcome of disarming the public. I don’t necessarily mean the kind of law and order you may be thinking of either. Remember, the state makes the laws.

you must remember that the lester holts of the world will be the ones in the front row at columbia u this week enraptured and mesmerized by ahmadinejad's every word and movement.

Being tough on crime is a self-policing neighborhood.

Yep. Law and order. A police state that is. In fact, a good definition of a police state, is a country where only the police have guns.

Holt and his Mainstream Media lib buddies are typified by this jerk - the High Priest of Heat and Humidity. They have no clue about which end of the tube the round exits from. Like the future Veep sent to the vicinity of a war without a magazine for his assault weapon, Libs fight the battle of wits unarmed.

In otherwords, Lester Holt says, “screw the constitution”.
Lester Holt says, “ The 2nd Amendment should be dissolved” in order that only crimminals will have guns, and the citizen forbidden to protect themselves and their property.
Yep, no doubt this arsehole will be front row and centre with a smile and a boner for Ahmadinejad at Columbia U.
To: governsleastgovernsbest
Does anyone have any remaining questions as to why Lester Holt will never be anything more than a glorified news reader?

Welcome to liberal la-la land. The land where down is up, and up is down. These people are no longer just biased, they’re over the edge. Lester is simply a kook. He is surrounded by enough other kooks that he thinks he is normal. The mainstream media is the KKK of the new millennium.

I’d appreciate this item being pinged to Second Amendment and other relevant lists. Thanks!

Rudy made a career out of violating the 2nd Amendment rights of NYC's law abiding citizens, but now he wants the NRA vote so he's suddenly a big fan of the NRA and the RKBA?? Go peddle that BS somewhere else Rudy, I aint buying it.
Rudy and Mitt are both proven gungrabbers by their records in NY and MA. OTOH, Fred has supported the RKBA consistently since he first entered politics, and so has Duncan Hunter. A Thompson/Hunter ticket would be my idea of the most pro-2nd Amendment ticket the GOP could put up next year.
