Yeah, his phone shtick is getting old. And the more I think of it from what others have posted I doubt it was his wife but a handler telling him he was screwing up quoting the 4th amendment not the 2nd.

Plus him having his phone on is just ... ignorant. But that's Rooty - he does what he wants when he runts and the hell with everyone. Unless of course he needs it to get hints from his handlers when a speech is tanking.
