As for the answer to your question, if you go to Free Republic home page
http://www.freerepublic.com/home.htm
and look in the left hand column, there are several choices listed under Forums, one of those choices is Bloggers & Personal — double click on that choice and the forum will open up. After you are in that forum, click on “Post” and that’s the forum where your thread will appear.
Thank you for explaining this. I thought I would have had the option to post in the bloggers forum after I clicked "post". I didn't realize that I should have been in that forum first and then clicked "post" there.
