I hope he's wrong about the Indy-Houston game.

But with Andre out on a bad knee...well...I guess I can't expect to get to say "we're undefeated" forever. LOL

Hey, at least I've gotten to say it for two weeks and that has never happened before.

And who knows....? :-D

GO TEXANS!

I am a Cowboys fan first ... but a Texans fan so long as they’re not playing the Cowboys.

I just don’t see this week going well for the Texans. Manning is among the great NFL quarterbacks of all time. Addai is probably stronger than Green. Andre Johnson is injured. The Colts are a beast.

Its been a good run, and maybe they’ll pick up where they left off in Week 4 - partiuclarly if Johnson returns. 3-1 after 4 games would be fine.

He dislikes daytime television, left-wing dictators, and E. coli-tainted spinach. He is ambivalent about Angelina Jolie.

Guys' got some things going for him.

I, too, like his Broncos pick. I'll be there, 6 rows up on the 35 yd line. Lucked into some good seats.

Also......go Kubiak

Also like his Green bay pick over the so far underachieving Chargers. I was out in SD a week before season start, and that town is WAYYYYY too cocky about its team.

I don't believe they will again until 2010. Every four years when those two divisions go up against each other.

However, they play the Governor's Cup pre-season game every year.

And who won it last month? Hmmmmmm? :)

Enjoy!

I have season tickets to the Texans on the 20-yardline. Decent seats. I've had them since the Texans' inception in 2002.

And the friend of mine back home who is taking care of my mail, etc. is enjoying the heck out of 'em. ;-)

Sports Talk Show hosts and most Charger fans here in SD are still cocky despite the incredibly anemic performance vs the Bears, and the laughable shellacking by the Pats.

Fans were banking on LT showing up and other teams just rolling over.

I have to think that LT not playing in any preseason game has affected his non-performance in weeks 1 and 2. I have no idea why he did not play in those games, though. May take awhile before he catches up, but that may be too late.

Ha!

Then again, the Cowboys had more wins last season (9), than the Texans had in the last TWO seasons (8).

Very cool. Mine come from an old friend, who's mother was an original ticket owner when the Broncos first became a franchise. I only can get two or three games a year.

Hope Kubiak (former Bronco QB & Coach) has his breakout year for your team.

Keep up the good fight in Iraq...and thanks for yer efforts.

I think he will regret his Philly pick - word has it that Westbrooke is nicked up. Go Skins, Go Bears, and Go Lions!!!

I don’t know, I didn’t see it...........But from your tone, I’d say the Texans did.......just a guess, though..............But pre-season isn’t the real teams, just playing to see who’ll get cut...............

Last season is just that. Last season. In today’s NFL, the players switch around so much, that you might as well start from scratch every year. Which is a good thing...............

No championships, though. And that was last year. This is a new season and obviously a different Texans team.

But...if we want to play with our histories, how 'bout this one?

Who did the Texans play in their very first ever NFL game and what was the result?

Well - the state of Texas is 4-0 this season. It’d be nice if we could be 6-0 after this weekend ... though my guess is 5-1.
