Autumn has always been a favorite of mine, too. I like the crisp air, the dry fallen leaves, apples, spicy hot cider and squashes. The air is so clear after the rainstorm here, that even with city lights all around I could see a brilliant display of stars above (went out at 5:00 a.m.).....
