How is the drive going in CA to get the proposal on the ballot to give out Electoral Votes per Congressional District rather than winner-take-all?
Can anyone give us an update?
The very, remote possibility of that has the Dems crapping down both legs.
They just started collecting signatures two weeks ago.
They have until 2/4/08 to gather 433,971 signatures.
