This is not Borking. Bork was innocent. PaleoPaulie is not.

Bork is not "innocent".

"-- Bork has denounced what he calls the "NRA view" of the Second Amendment, something he describes as the "belief that the constitution guarantees a right to Teflon-coated bullets."

Instead, he has argued that the Second Amendment merely guarantees a right to participate in a government militia. --"

Like I said, I don’t see us getting any rational answers this way.

I don't think that Bork was Borked because of such admittedly deficient views on the RTKBA 20 years ago. He was being Borked because, although he was then favorable to abortion being legal, he believed that it was a state matter and the babykillers did not trust him to uphold Roe vs. Wade. His hearings were about 20 years ago. He has changed on abortion to federally support the RTL, converted from lifelong agnostic to quite serious Roman Catholicism, married a former nun, and may well have changed his mind to support RTKA without significant exception, as do his children Charles and Mary Ellen.

In any event, paleoPaulie is a delusional war wimp and surrendermonkey and fake, phony and fraud who has no business running in the GOP for POTUS.
