"Does a U.S. president have the authority to bar a head of state from a member nation coming to the UN?" Under treaty, no. Treaties are
not the word of God. That one needs to go, like the UN.

The very real danger to continued American freedom is the phrase in the Constitution dealing with treaties,and the insistence of some that any treaty trumps the Bill of Rights and other Constitutional assurances.
Fortunately,the Great White Fathers in Washington have repeatedly demonstrated that treaties are binding only so long as they are convenient;ask the native American tribes like the Cherokee,formerly of Georgia and environs.
