Foreclosures and tax sales are published weekly here.
And they have simply kept growing and growing and growing over
the past six months.
I guess it could be an illusion.
Along the lines of "don't believe everything you read".

I think you’re right. Propaganda can help facilitate, but a certain point, they literally create the news they’re propagandizing.
