It is a mute point because Paul will not even come close to being the GOP candidate.

Maybe so, but I guarantee you in the next few elections, you're going to see a new generation of conservative-libertarian candidates calling themselves "Ron Paul Republicans." The Congressional candidate in Georgia, for example, ran as a strict constitutionalist and won. He'll go deep in the primaries to the point where the GOP will have to concede and let him speak at the convention or something.

All together now.
Kazoos ready ??

Be kind to your nice Truther friends
'cause Ron Paul might be somebody's brother
Or uncle who thinks it's the age
When tri-cornered hats were the rage.

You don't have to be nuts to support
Someone as pathetic as Ron...
But it helps !

Yes, I’ve read Paul’s entire record. It was mostly pretty good. I particularly like his attempts to get rid of the UN.

But no one that does not recognize that the islamo dirtballs need to be defeated on all fronts will ever get my support. We are going to be at war with Iran soon, and we cannot have CIC that does not believe in defeating our enemies.

Ron, can you see the little bird perched on my hand? BTW, are you going to escort your buddy Imanutjob down to Ground Zero, since you think he is not a threat to us?

There are mixed feelings on this matter. i certainly have them.

Recall that Among the British, Indian, and five Israeli citizens, Iranian Citizens also died in the Twin Towers on 9/11. That would be Iranian Citizens in good standing with Iran.

In light of the fact that Ahmadinewackjob is a Shiite, from a fundamentalist Shiite 'republic' governed by Sharia law, he's probably not very happy with al Qaeda either (they're Sunis).

Yes, their government is composed of terrorist b@$tards, Ahmadinewackjob foremost among them, but Iran is not happy with their people getting messed with.

On the other hand, this guy would probably use the forum of 'ground zero' and time for more of the Jew Bashing that he's known for, probably with some "9/11 Truther" nonsense with his own particular spin.

To the rest of your post, just who is Iran...a nation which would cease to exist a few minutes after the US made the decision to terminate it's membership in the world...a threat to? No threat to the US, that's for certain. In the event of hostilities, they loose badly, and in hours.

In the event of some sort of nuclear exchange, they loose in a few minutes. We still have ballistic missiles that are far more accurate than Scuds, with range to reach anywhere in the world.

Hell, Iran wasn't even a serious threat to Iraq back in the 80's, and you know what a military genius Sadaam was </sarcasm>

RP does a lot of talking, but Duncan Hunter not only talks. Mr. Hunter does.

Rep. Hunter introduced a bill demanding that Mexican transport vehicles must abide by the same rules and regs that domestic transport carriers must follow.

Rep. Hunter openly called for the resignation of Harry Reid. He wrote a letter to President Bush asking him not to sign any papers while in his attendance at the secretive SPP meeting in Ontario recently.

Rep. Hunter voted against NAFTA. He wrote the bill authorizing the double border fence to keep illegal aliens out of our country.

Yes, Rep. Hunter has been doing rather than talking for over 26 years now.

Rep Hunter has alerted the country to the self-destructive trade policy we now have with China, adding billions to our national debt each year. He wants to renegotiate that agreement. He has a plan to bring good manufacturing jobs back to our shores.

Ron Paul wants an immediate pull out of our troops in Iraq, which would lead to utter chaos and bloodletting in that country. Everything we have fought for there would be lost, thus nullifying the reason so many of our brave troops have given life and limb.

Rep. Hunter has been responsible, while serving as chair and now ranking member of the House Armed Services Committee, for making sure our troops have the equipment needed to do their jobs over there.

Rep. Hunter is 100% for staying in Iraq until their army can be trained to protect the new Iraqi government; and for funding our troops fully until they reach the VICTORY for which they have been fighting. This to Duncan Hunter is paramount. Then can our troops come home to stay.

These are but a few of the fine accomplishments Rep. Hunter has achieved in his years in Congress. He holds the promise of restoring the country to sanity. He is well versed in military matters, and experienced in foreign affairs, both imperative qualities necessary in our next CIC.

Just make the decision not to vote RINO, and help others resolve not to do so also.

“Viability” of actual patriot candidates will follow naturally.

The Real ID Act is a necessary tool in fighting the WOT. All of the GOP senators voted for it, and I’m sure my candidate of choice (FDT) would support it. So what if I have to carry another card, I have nothing to hide. Same goes for the Patriot Act. If it means that my calls might be listened too, or my records examined - I don't mind one bit, as long as the government it protecting me from those Islamic radicals.

“No Child Left Behind” is part of the Bush legacy, also voted for by FDT, and this Ron Paul character would do everything he could to repeal it.

I know some of you folks write off this Ron Paul as a kook, but we need to fight against him strongly. Cause if he was to win, he would try to dismantle all the fine things the GOP has done over the last 8 years.

I bet this Ron Paul would want to get rid of Medicare Part D too, another fine piece of GOP legislation.

..erase our national borders.

It's too bad Paul votes against putting the National Guard on the border to help secure it.

I wonder if anyone other than Paul submitted this bill, what we would be saying about that congressman?

Recognizing the important relationship between the United States and Mexico. (Introduced in House)

HCON 206 IH

107th CONGRESS

1st Session

H. CON. RES. 206

Recognizing the important relationship between the United States and Mexico.

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

July 31, 2001

Mr. PAUL (for himself, Mr. BALLENGER, Mr. KOLBE, Mr. BARTON of Texas, Mr. NETHERCUTT, and Mr. DREIER) submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred to the Committee on International Relations

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

Recognizing the important relationship between the United States and Mexico.

Whereas the United States and Mexico share a special bilateral friendship matched by few other countries in the world;

Whereas the United States and Mexico are partners joined by geography as well as by a series of government-to-government and private relationships which are of critical importance to both countries;

Whereas the United States and Mexico share concern on a wide range of issues, including trade and immigration, environmental quality, economic development, and regional security and stability; and

Whereas the special relationship between the United States and Mexico is critically important in its own right as well as serving as a linchpin in the relationship between the United States and every nation in Central and South America: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That it is the sense of Congress that it is in keeping with the just interests of the United States that the special nature of the relationship between the United States and Mexico be recognized and further cultivated to the mutual benefit of both countries.

"Please tell me that this was sarcasm...truthfully."

Does he really have to tell you?

It's obvious to anyone not wearing a tinfoil hat.

He signs on today, has a Fred 08' tagline, and attempts to use sarcasm.

Moveon trolls are easy to spot.

You got your post in just in time for the zotting.

He was slick enough to fool the Paulistinians though, but that is a very low bar.
