I've noticed a lot of this. Like when a bank is robbed, you never see the tellers getting charged let alone jail time. Prosecution is almost always one sided in assault cases, creating the idea that there is a "victim".

This needs to be looked into.

These people don’t even know what happened, but that doesn’t stop them from telling us what we should do.

Actually, it was 7 BLACK MALE STUDENTS had attacked a single WHITE MALE STUDENT.

The key defendant, Mychael Bell, had initially hit the WHITE STUDENT so hard that he IMMEDIATELY fell unconscious.

The other six BLACK STUDENTS formed a barrier so that other people (STUDENTS AND TEACHERS) could not aid the WHITE STUDENT -- on the ground and helpless -- as that WHITE STUDENT was being beaten.

This is known as the JENA 6 incident because 6 of 7 involved were indicted with a criminal act. One of the 7 was also indicted for a criminal act the Friday night before.

Tensions were very high in the town because of an arson fire in the HIGH SCHOOL and this was the first day back from class...
