But apparently not to our court system who said that desecrating a flag (or at least the US flag) is free speech.

What makes the situation worse is that it was a Mexican flag, Schmidly said.

Thus the offense taken by foreign nationals trumps the court given free speech "rights" to descecrate a flag.

It is all part of the giving away of America. Do I hear a Congressman or Bush make any comment on this incident?

I believe freedom of expression allows you to desecrate any flag you like as long as you ‘own’ the flag being desecrated.
