That takes guts for you to post that. In general I agree with you. The problem is, it’s not true for all women. I’d be more in favor of a voter competence test. Once a year, a simple current events test. You pass, you’re in, you fail, you get 1 or 2 retries, and then it’s wait until next year.
To me that seems reasonable, and logical, therefore, it will never, ever happen.
It doesn’t take guts - it’s easy to spout a stereotype and much harder to think.
The voter competence test used to be property ownership - if you could accumulate a few assets, you could vote. It tended to cut out the felons, drunks, bums, and shiftless. Now those people just vote democrat.
I like the competency test as well. It’s about awareness, not gender.
