There wasn’t an article. I saw that during my research on Healthy People 2010.

I did see a mayorial convention the UN sponsored that might have more on that. But that was almost a year ago.

I believe it is talking about states (countries) that have ratified the LOST treaty. The UN considers LOST to be official when a certain # of its member countries ratify a treaty.

Yes, and we are on there as ratifying under Clinton with a footnote to go into affect during 2001.

The UN docs say they did. If you look at the Treaty record, there is a footnote on the signature that shows documents attached. No reference to what the docs are or where they can be viewed.

So, the Clinton Admin did something.

That is why the Bush administration is disputing it.
