I think you’re right. Sort of a “Reagan Democrat” effect; perhaps we’ll call it “Fred-o-crats” or “Thompson Democrats” or somesuch...

Yes, he does. And the myth that Rudy could do anything of the sort is laughable. Fred isn’t perfect, but he can keep our coalition together AND bring in Dems on top of it. He’s a landslide candidate.

Agreed in general but probably more like non- republicans...

There are a ton of dems out there who are quite conservative but have had no place other than the dem party to go...just talking to some dems I know, they are pretty damn livid about their party's stance on imigration (our's too really) and this outragious personal attack on Gen. Petreas...And our military in general...(lots of dems there)

The dems claim to be the middle but they are turning so hard left that they would run Earnhardt off the road...
