Guess it was the Iraqis’ fault all along.

Damn right it's their own fault that they weren't able to clean their own house.
And it's also their fault they still can't manage their own security or resolve their own political gridlock.

But that still doesn't mean we turn Iraq over to Al Qaeda and the Iraqis over to slaughter.
