Work up to it in stages; the first day just walk to the gym and back home, the second day walk there and go in and watch all the activity, the third and fourth days jog up and back.
By the end of the month you’ll be up to volunteering to put the weights back on the racks and sweeping the parking lot.
By the end of the year you can make yourself a tidy income by washing and waxing the lifetime members’ cars.
