Well, they're going to: right here in this thread no less. If she had been armed with firearms, then tasers (or even the police officer's firearms) would be justified. But she wasn't. The only weapons she had were ones that required being within arm's reach. Given that she's disable, the use a taser ten times on her is inappropriate on the face of it.
