Iran will likely suffer unimaginable losses when it reacts militarily to a serious Israeli attack on Syria.

Way, way funny:
http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/904975.html
In an indirect reference yesterday to the Israeli air incursion over Syria on September 6, President Shimon Peres said that tensions between Syria and Israel have subsided and that Israel is ready for direct peace negotiations with Syria.
Punked!

Yeah, exactly. The Syrians just had it explained to them that their plan to go to war will not succeed, and that the defeat will be worse than that handed to them in any of the previous wars. The EU (led by France) is after the Assad regime for its series of assassinations in Lebanon, and hasn’t been mollified by the faux withdrawal a few years ago. I think a coup in Syria appears more likely all the time. Even an unsuccessful coup would accomplish something. :’)

I think it is a joke referencing the book “World War Z”, written by Mel Brooks son, that talks about a Night of the Living Dead style plague of zombies. They start out in China as a result of environmental contamination.
At least, I hope it is a joke . . .

In fact, many of the other Muslim nations are silently cheering what the Israelis did. They know darn well they'd be the first guinea pigs in the line of fire.

I clearly remember nut-men-a-job threating to annihilate Israel if she attacked Syria in anyway. Can't do that while he's conveniently lecturing at Columbia University.

"Can't do that while he's conveniently lecturing at Columbia University." Maybe, but I expect the leftists at Columbia to storm the stage and throw pies like they do Conservatives right?
