Sorry Krugman....Paul Wellstone beat you to that title by a few years, and I believe that someone else had used it before him as well.

Thank you! Liberals whine about people being so rich. Well yeah, the “gap” between me and Bill Gates is huge,and widening. Just like the gap is “widening” between me and some HS dropout at McDonalds. But so the F#$K what? That’s the beauty of America. There is no step off of one class to another. Just like there are neighborhoods better than mine up to the mansions of Sean Penn and Danny Glover, there are more modest houses than mine down to cheap apartments. It’s not like socialist “fair” economies where people like Krugman lives in a mansion while “everyone else” live in shacks.

I’m sure there is a huge income gap between Krugman and myself.
