Well God said this to Abram, Genesis 12:1 Now the LORD had said unto Abram, "Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed."
I find it very interesting that so many misquote this and rarely ever does anyone, even those that know the Hebrew set the misquote straight. Jacob/Israel had not even been born and Abram had no children when this promise was given to Abram.
By the way, Abram was born in the modern country of Iraq, this country from which he was told to leave. Ur of the Chaldees is where Abram was born.

This then is why many pass the entire bible off as merely stories for children, the Noah’s Ark MYTH is a perfect example : pakistani(now arabs/jews)propaganda for their children. There never was a world wide flood, only a local yokel getting washed out to sea(and its earth curvature-perspective), and the great CCW gyre in the arabian sea that brought the raft back to shore again.

But are you still STUCK in the whole noah MYTH just because that’s what they taught you as a 5 year old in sunday school? Remember Hitler’s MYTH of Aryan Superiority?
