Ther just never seems to be enough welfare.

I live in Georgia, and word is out that the City of Atlanta managed to torpedo a new development that was like the highly successful Atlantic Station. Atlanta raised the requirement for “affordable housing” (better know is “de projects”) from 20% to 40% of the housing units. In response the developer said no thanks, so there will be no new development.
