It HAPPENED, in all its grotesquery, heresy, and schismaticism, at the so-called "goodsoil eucharist" at the ELCA Churchwide Assembly! This cracked liturgy was not secret, and it was presided over by a sitting synodical bishop (that's the schismatic part).
