I’m sure bathroom crusing was James Madison’s intent.

And if asked, I have no doubt that the ACLU would affirm that all of the Founding Fathers were homosexuals as well.

Craig was convicted of one crime and the ACLU can’t help him: He was convicted of hypocrisy in the Court of Public Opinion.

I’ve yet to hear it any more than the kind of flirting that goes on between men and women all the time.

Since when did the ACLU become interested in upholding the Constitution?

The ACLU is happy to defend any Republican who is a hypocritical pervert. Those are the kind they like to keep around and have in office.

Time place and manner.

soliciting sex in a public rest room is the wrong time, wrong place, and wrong manner.

I tend to agree with you. I think he shouldn't be a Republican rep, but I don't see how this is any more illegal than a man flirting with a woman. I get more offended with people who leave small lakes on the toilet seats than some chump trying to make a pass at me.
