I prefer to call this debate “the fight for the VEEP slot.”
Huckabee might make a good VP, but I really think Duncan missed a real opportunity here. He might be running out of chances.
“The candidates no one supports”Except that when the VP choice comes from the presidential candidate field, such as Kerry's choice of Edward's, or Reagan's choice of Bush, the running mate is a strong runner up, not a proven loser from the bottom of the heap.
