The gist of the question was, “do you support a free market health care system which rewards healthy living and does not subsidize poor choices?”
That’s not the way I heard it. I could be wrong.
It sounded like the question was “shouldn’t we use Gubmint power to reduce smoking, obesity and save the State money on healthcare”
