TMZ has obtained an audio tape of O.J. Simpson's confrontation with a sports memorabilia dealer that led to his arrest on felony robbery charges. In it, you hear someone say, "You against the motherf*****g wall."
The tape was recorded by Thomas Riccio, who co-owns the auction house Universal Rarities. Riccio met up with Simpson just before the confrontation at the Palace Station Casino on Thursday night.
We're told Riccio was on hand to help Simpson prove certain memorabilia being auctioned by Alfred Beardsley was ill-gotten. Riccio says he believed Simpson was going to confront Beardsley in the hotel room to give him an ultimatum -- either hand over the goods or Simpson would call the cops.
Riccio turned his Olympus digital voice recorder on before the group entered the room -- a group that included Simpson and four other men. Almost immediately, Simpson went wild, hurling profanities at Beardsley and another memorabilia dealer, Bruce Fromong.
The confrontation lasts six minutes. It is graphic and telling. Simpson is clearly the ringleader. Simpson repeatedly says, "Think you can steal my s**t and sell it?"......"

Particularly when you realize that the 'stolen' stuff ended up in the hands of the guy who'd been selling it for him all along. There's a whole lot more to be learned here, and I imagine it's going to involve avoiding the Goldman's civil judgment.
I can't beleive you would say something like that about Officer Nordberg.
Here’s the framework you use to understand this whole thing. Sociopaths are at their most dangerous when they’re called to account for their behavior. It offends their sense of entitlement and it’s perceived as a mortal insult. Every time the Goldman and Brown family’s lawyer collects some of the money he’s been ordered to pay them, it’s a personal insult and he responds accordingly. Their lawyer found this dealer a few months ago. So this was a lot less about ‘getting back his ‘stolen’ stuff’ and a lot more about keeping the Goldman and Brown family from getting any of the proceeds. Viewed in that context it, and much of his other behavior, makes perfect sense.
Right now he is a sixty year old man in jail filled with Sociopaths. He will fit right in but it will still be hard.

Not something that would impress a judge or jury.
<<
Not Lance Ito and that nest of idiots in California. But any normal jury.
>>
Lets wait for a voiceprint confirmation; all these I thought so! comments will be embarassing if the audio was, say, taken from some movie or TV show.
And stranger things than that have happened.
<<
Okay. And the moon is made of green cheese.
Well, we have something to compare it with: that recording of him raging at Nicole.
Attention, attention. Mr. Fred Goldman. Please pick up the white courtesy phone.
It’s a fake, we all know O.J. wasn’t there, and the White Man is just out to get O.J.! (sarcasm)
“Its tough when you hear OJ giving orders and being nasty.”
That’s O.J.’s personality. His “Mr. Nice Guy” persona is a fake.
He couldn't go to the police, because he owes money to Goldman, and any such "stolen" assets would be seized to satisfy the court judgment. Plus embarrassing questions about concealing assets, etc.
Add to that the possibility that OJ's been hiding income from trafficking in sports memorabilia, and the IRS becomes real interested in him
He has less money, popularity and credibility than he started out with in 94 when he killed his wife and Ron Goldman. I don't see him escaping justice this time.
Clinton to Monica: *&^^% $%%^ &&^% right there!
He’s toast. Then again, I said that before.
Was it stolen or was it the stuff, the court ordered turned over to Fred Goldman’s attorney for the judgment in the civil case?
No, they weren't idiots...The jurors in LA were racist, and that is why OJ walked. There was no other reason.
