I always thought that was such a funny quote because my response was always, "no it would be like invading Morocco!"

Continuing the correlation: Pearl Harbor gave Roosevelt the basis he needed for declaring war on Japan and the debate rages whether he knew of the attack in advance. Ditto essentially for Bush.
