It's different when you're a Congressman. You can't just serve 2-3 two-year terms and then voluntarily quit.

I guess after serving 2 terms you're just to full of yourself and think your to damn important to to let someone else serve. There's is absolutely no reason to allow professional politicians...and no, there should not be "perks" and retirement for these long term leeches.

In Congress, you only get TWO years. Sheesh, what do you want them to do, serve two years and leave? How are they going to learn the system and settle in?
