Wow is he still kicking? Putnam was a news commentator when I was a kid in LA in the 60s and 70s.
Was watching George on KTLA Ch 5 in the 50’s. Great guy, and always “One Reporters Opinion” with the American Flag flying.
He still has a daily talk show on Cable Radio Network on the internet,
M-F, 12 Noon-2 PM, and replayed Midnight-2 AM.
