Seconds after killing a 21-year-old father during a suspected home-invasion robbery on Friday, two suspects fired a bullet into the head of the man's 7-month-old son who was seated in a car seat, police said this weekend as they released new details on the case.
Investigators initially reported that the father, Sean Paul Aquitania, was killed inside a home after an attempted robbery and that his infant son, Sean Paul Aquitania Jr., was accidentally caught in the crossfire. But a more thorough investigation throughout the weekend determined that the son had been murdered execution-style in the car seat of his dad's Chevrolet Malibu.
"We are angered as law enforcement officers and disturbed as human beings that anyone could commit such an unconscionable act against an innocent child," said sheriff's spokesman Sgt. Tim Curran.

SACRAMENTO, CA
Our local criminals have now sunk to the level of Palestinian terrorists.
When your home is infested with cockroaches, you don’t get rid of them with “Hav-a-Hart” traps. You apply capital punishment...
How bout feeling something for the dad, too, sarge? Guys don’t count anymore?
Anyone who would shoot an infant deserves to be tarred and feathered, just before he's strapped to the executioner's table.
I hope the California legislature changes the method of death for such individuals as this to having their hands tied behind their back, being forced to kneel in the center yard of a prison for an execution that may take place any time after a certain hour with multiple “executioners” walking up behind the person to be executed with unloaded guns time after time before one puts a bullet into the back of his head while the others in the prison are made to watch from their cells.
You don’t know if these individual are your local criminals. They are criminals who committed two murders in your local area, but you do not know if they are legal or local.
ummmm, the way I read it, the father’s home was being robbed and both he and his son were shot. I guess we don’t read it the same, which is it?
So glad I moved out of South Sac when I did... This is serious. MS 13 ?

Sorry for the double post.
According to the article he was visiting friends when two thugs forced open the door to the house while he was ringing the doorbell. Tragic timing for father and son.
The writing isn’t very clear, is it?
The way I read the article, the father was visiting friends, when two other men invaded the friends’ house, and killed him, and then the baby in the car...
The father was visiting the home. The two murderers ran up behind him as the front door opened. Two males inside the house ran for help. A school bus driver stopped to help.
I meant local as in within the borders of this country. If they get caught(pray that thet are),then we will know.
Wrong, it says the man went to visit some friend, he rang the door bell, as the door bell was answered to armed men ran up behind him and forced him into the house. There he was shot twice, as they left they stopped and shot the baby. The whole story sounds like a hit, for gang and drug and are illegals non payment to coyotes. Not the article uses no names.
The SF Gate lifted it from the Sac Bee...and registration is required to get the real details....apparently the father was heavily tattood....
Horrid!
