As for being set up—if he knew he was going to be in Vegas 3 weeks beforehand to get his stuff back, how does that make it a setup?...if he gets his friends and plots how to do the ‘sting’, that’s a conspiracy ....if one of the memorabilia sellers has a tape and a camera to use as evidence if violence occurs by this double murderer how is that a set up ?..the defense is going to have to really stretch that excuse...
