Interesting that the first linked story was written by a former student (1973) at Franklin High in Rochester, NY. I live in Rochester and I can tell you that Franklin High, as well as all the city schools, are still just as bad almost 35 years later.
In fact, the inner city is a toilet and Rochester is the (per capita) murder capital of New York State. Thirty to forty years of liberalism and they still don't get it. Amazing.
